化瘀消肿方在老年下肢骨折患者术后的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究化瘀消肿方在老年下肢骨折患者术后的应用效果。方法102例老年下肢骨折术后患者,采用系统随机化法分为研究组和对照组,各51例。研究组给予化瘀消肿方治疗,对照组给予安慰剂(包括5%化瘀消肿方原药材)治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗7 d后的疼痛程度,治疗前及治疗8周后肿胀程度和血液粘度[全血高切粘度(HBV)、全血低切粘度(LBV)、血浆粘度(PV)]。结果治疗7 d后,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于治疗前,且研究组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗8周后,两组肿胀程度低于治疗前,且研究组肿胀程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组HBV、LBV、PV比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗8周后,两组HBV、LBV、PV均低于治疗前,且研究组HBV(5.26±1.01)mPa·s、LBV(6.67±1.31)mPa·s、PV(1.72±0.41)mPa·s均明显低于对照组的(6.63±1.34)、(9.09±1.72)、(2.97±0.50)mPa·s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化瘀消肿方能够明显减轻老年下肢骨折患者术后肿胀、疼痛程度,降低血液粘度,应用效果良好。Objective To study the practical effect of Huayu Xiaozhong Recipe on postoperative recovery of elderly patients with lower limb fractures.Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with lower limb fractures after operation were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 51 cases in each group.The research group was treated with Huayu Xiaozhong Recipe,and the control group was treated with placebo(including 5%of the original herbal medicines of Huayu Xiaozhong Recipe).The pain degree before treatment and 7 d after treatment,swelling degree and blood viscosity[high-shear blood viscosity(HBV),low-shear blood viscosity(LBV),plasma viscosity(PV)]before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results 7 d after treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the research group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).8 weeks after treatment,the swelling degree of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the research group was obviously lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in HBV,LBV and PV between the two groups(P>0.05).8 weeks after treatment,the HBV,LBV and PV of the two groups were lower than those beforetreatment,and HBV(5.26±1.01)m Pa·s,LBV(6.67±1.31)m Pa·s and PV(1.72±0.41)m Pa·s of the research group were obviously lower than(6.63±1.34),(9.09±1.72)and(2.97±0.50)m Pa·s of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huayu Xiaozhong Decoction has good application effects on elderly patients with lower limb fractures after operation,which can significantly reduce postoperative swelling and pain,reduce blood viscosity.
