Ⅲ级系统胎儿产前超声筛查对胎儿畸形的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析Ⅲ级系统胎儿产前超声筛查对胎儿畸形的诊断价值。方法选取100例进行产前胎儿畸形筛查的孕妇作为研究对象,所有孕妇分别采用Ⅲ级系统胎儿产前超声筛查和Ⅱ级系统胎儿产前超声筛查进行诊断。以孕妇最终分娩及引产结果作为金标准,对比两种筛查方法的诊断结果。结果100例孕妇中,最终分娩及引产畸形胎儿10例,占比为10.00%;主要包括泌尿系统畸形胎儿4例,颈面畸形胎儿3例,骨骼系统畸形胎儿1例,中枢神经系统畸形胎儿1例,消化系统畸形胎儿1例。Ⅱ级系统胎儿产前超声筛查检出胎儿畸形4例,胎儿畸形诊断准确率为40.00%;Ⅲ级系统胎儿产前超声筛查检出胎儿畸形9例,胎儿畸形诊断准确率为90.00%;Ⅲ级系统胎儿产前超声筛查畸形诊断准确率高于Ⅱ级系统胎儿产前超声筛查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Ⅲ级系统胎儿产前超声筛查应用于胎儿畸形的诊断效果显著,对我国优生学发挥重要的作用。Objective To analyze the value of gradeⅢprenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformation.Methods There were 100 pregnant women who were screened for prenatal fetal malformations selected as the study subjects,and all diagnosed by gradeⅢandⅡprenatal ultrasound.The results of the final delivery and induction of labor were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnosis results of the two methods.Results Among 100 pregnant women,there were 10 cases of malformed fetuses in the final delivery and induction of labor,accounting for 10.00%;among them,there were 4 fetuses with urinary system malformations,3 fetuses with cervical-facial malformations,1 fetus with skeletal system malformations,1 fetus with central nervous system malformations,and 1 fetus with digestive system malformations.4 cases of fetal malformations were detected by gradeⅡprenatal ultrasound,and the diagnostic accuracy of fetal malformations was 40.00%;9 cases of fetal malformations were detected by gradeⅢprenatal ultrasound,and the diagnostic accuracy of fetal malformations was 90.00%;the diagnostic accuracy of fetal malformations of gradeⅢprenatal ultrasound was higher than that of gradeⅡprenatal ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion GradeⅢprenatal ultrasound has a significant effect on the diagnosis of fetal malformations and plays an important role in eugenics.
