手术内固定治疗踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合韧带损伤的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析手术内固定治疗踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合韧带损伤的临床效果。方法48例踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合韧带损伤患者,按照入院挂号尾数的奇偶数分为观察组(奇数)和对照组(偶数),各24例。观察组患者采用手术内固定进行治疗,对照组患者采用关节复位后保守治疗。对比两组患者的骨折愈合效果、并发症发生情况及治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果观察组骨折愈合优良率为95.83%,明显高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.17%,明显低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组VAS评分(2.13±0.34)分低于对照组的(3.46±0.71)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过手术内固定治疗踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合韧带损伤可有效提升治疗效果,改善并发症对患者的影响,减轻疼痛,是一种良好的治疗方案。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of internal fixation in the treatment of ankle joint fractures combined with inferior tibiofibular ligament injury.Methods A total of 48 patients with ankle joint fractures combined with inferior tibiofibular ligament injury were divided into observation group(odd number)and control group(even number)according to the odd and even number of the final number of admission,with 24 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with internal fixation,and the control group was treated with conservative treatment after joint reduction.The fracture healing effect,occurrence of complications and visual analogue scale(VAS)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of fracture healing of the observation group was 95.83%,which was obviously higher than 66.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 4.17%,which was obviously lower than 33.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the VAS score(2.13±0.34)points of the observation group was lower than(3.46±0.71)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Internal fixation can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with ankle joint fractures combined with inferior tibiofibular ligament injury,improve the impact of complications on patients,and reduce pain.It is a good treatment regimen.
