羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液治疗2型糖尿病合并白内障术后干眼症的有效性及安全性

摘　　要：目的分析羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液治疗2型糖尿病合并白内障术后干眼症的有效性及安全性。方法150例2型糖尿病合并白内障患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。对照组予以胰岛素+妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上+羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生情况以及治疗前后的泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、干眼症症状评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率98.67%高于对照组的89.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生明显不良反应。治疗后,观察组患者BUT(12.70±2.66)s长于对照组的(10.62±0.60)s、干眼症症状评分(8.17±0.49)分低于对照组的(18.96±2.21)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液用药安全,可提高2型糖尿病合并白内障患者术后治疗效果,改善干眼症症状。Objective To analyze the effectiveness and safety of carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye drops in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with dry eye after cataract surgery.Methods A total of 150 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with dry eye were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin+tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops,and the observation group was treated with carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye drops based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,break-up time(BUT)and dry eye Symptom score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 98.67%of the observation group was higher than 89.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.After treatment,the BUT(12.70±2.66)s of the observation group was longer than(10.62±0.60)s of the control group,and dry eye symptom score(8.17±0.49)points was lower than(18.96±2.21)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye drops can improve the treatment effect and the symptoms of dry eye of type 2 diabetic patients with cataract with high safety.
