慢性盆腔炎妇产科临床治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的关于慢性盆腔炎的患者在妇产科进行临床治疗的相关方法和效果分析。方法58例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组29例。对照组通过应用常规疗法进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用康妇消炎栓治疗,比较两组患者经过不同治疗后的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、6个月内复发率、治疗起效时间。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的68.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为17.24%,高于对照组的10.34%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的6个月内复发率为24.14%,低于对照组的55.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗起效时间为(4.21±2.02)d,短于对照组的(6.74±2.15)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对慢性盆腔炎患者治疗时在常规治疗的基础之上应用康妇消炎栓不会产生严重的不良反应,可以减少6个月内的复发率,缩短患者治疗起效时间,是一种理想的治疗手段。Objective To analyze the methods and effect of clinical treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 58 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate within 6 months,and treatment onset time were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 68.97%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 17.24%,which was higher than 10.34%of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The recurrence rate within 6 months of the observation group was 24.14%,which was 55.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment onset time of the observation group was(4.21±2.02)d,which was shorter than(6.74±2.15)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,the application of Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository on the basis of conventional therapy can reduce the recurrence rate within 6 months,shorten the treatment onset time of the patient,and will not produce serious adverse reactions.It is an ideal treatment method.
