摘  要:为解决复杂型腔热锻模具自动化电弧增材再制造过程中分层切片过程效率低和效果差等问题,提出了一种改进的切片方法.首先,针对STL模型的结构特点,设计了Point,Triangle和STLModel三个类对模型的数据进行存储,在类中定义了处理和操作数据的方法;从提高操作效率的角度出发,提出了一种先求三角形与切平面交点并通过法向量判断交点的起始顺序,进而通过遍历起点和终点数组来创建轮廓多边形环的复杂型腔锻模分层切片算法.然后,引入了提高轮廓多边形精度的插值拟合修复算法,推导了轮廓顺逆判据的一般公式并构建了离散多边形的计算式.最后,以失效的曲轴热锻模具为例,进行了分层切片处理和增材制造过程模拟仿真和实验,验证了分层切片算法的可行性.An improved hierarchy slicing method was proposed to solve the problems encountered in remanufacturing complexcavity dies with automatic wire arc additive re manufacturing(WAAM) technology like low efficiency and poor effect.First,in terms of the structural features of STL modal,the Point,Triangle and STLModel classes were designed to save modal data,and these classes included the methods to process and operate the data;to improve the operating efficiency,a hierarchy slicing algorithm that develops its contour polygon by finding the intersection points of triangle and tangent plane firstly and judging the sequence of these points by normal vector and then looping through the beginning as well as ending arrays was introduced.Then,the interpolation fitting algorithm was introduced to improve the accuracy of contour polygon,and the general formula of contour polygon s direction criterion was deduced and the calculation formula of discrete polygon was developed.Finally,the slicing method and WAAM process was simulated and tested on a disabled crankshaft forging die.
