摘 要:为提升无损检测设备的检测精度,量化相对湿度对沥青混合料介电特性的影响,通过理论推导建立了基于相对湿度的沥青混合料介电模型,在4种频率、6种相对湿度条件下分别测试沥青混合料的介电常数来验证模型的准确性和可靠性.试验结果表明:频率是影响沥青混合料的介电常数的重要因素,在1 kHz~1 MHz频率范围内,沥青混合料的介电常数会随着频率的增大而减小,减小速率随相对湿度的增大而增大;相对湿度会对沥青混合料的介电常数造成影响,在50%~100%相对湿度范围内,沥青混合料的介电常数会随着相对湿度的增加而增大,减小速率随频率的增大而减小;基于相对湿度的沥青混合料介电模型具有较好的可靠性,多组试验结果的拟合优度均在0.95以上.该模型可用于量化相对湿度对沥青混合料介电特性的影响,提升无损检测设备的检测精度.To improve the accuracy of non-destructive testing equipment and quantify the influence of relative humidity on the dielectric properties of asphalt mixture,the dielectric model of asphalt mixture based on relative humidity was established through theoretical derivation,and the accuracy and reliability of the model was verified by measuring the dielectric constant of asphalt mixture under four frequencies and six relative humidity conditions.Experiment results show that the frequency is an important factor affecting the dielectric constant of the asphalt mixture.In the frequency range of 1 kHz~1 MHz,the dielectric constant of the asphalt mixture will decrease with the increase of the frequency,and the decrease rate will increase with the increase of relative humidity.Relative humidity will also affect the dielectric constant of asphalt mixture.In the range of 50%~100% relative humidity,the dielectric constant of asphalt mixture will increase with the increase of relative humidity,and the decrease rate will increase with the increase of frequency.The dielectric model of asphalt mixture based on relative humidity has good reliability,and the goodness of fit of the results of these groups are all above 0.95,proving that the dielectric model can be used to quantify the influence of relative humidity on the dielectric properties of asphalt mixture,and improving the accuracy of non-destructive testing equipment.
