摘  要:近几年,全民运动被全社会大力倡导。然而在体育教育关注度不断增加的背景下,许多学生仍因学业压力过大而缺乏锻炼,身体素质普遍偏弱。因此,高校体育课程的内容不断丰富,旨在让每位学生的兴趣得到充分发展,并热衷投身于体育锻炼之中。但在开展高校体育课程时,学生时常会在体育训练时发生意外事故而造成伤害。该文旨在讨论"高校体育训练中的伤害防护策略",希望高校体育训练能更好地完成让学生身体素质得到提高的目标。In recent years,the national movement has been vigorously advocated by the whole society.However,in the context of increasing attention to physical education,many students are still lack of exercise due to excessive academic pressure,and their physical quality is generally weak.Therefore,the content of college physical education curriculum is constantly enriched,aiming to make every student’s interest fully developed,and keen to participate in physical exercise.However,in the development of college physical education courses,students often have accidents during physical training and cause injuries.The purpose of this paper is to discuss"injury protection strategies in college physical training",hoping that college physical training can better achieve the goal of improving students’physical quality.
