团体合作在高校足球训练中的实战应用

摘　　要：通过对足球运动性质进行分析,调整足球实战训练方向,建立"集体荣誉至上"的足球实战训练目标,并全面贯彻以学生实际需求为本的教学理念,培养运动员的临场反应能力、竞技能力等诸多能力。同时,制订融合团队合作意识的高校足球实战训练方案,并搭建完备的运动馆,保障训练设施的齐全与完善,进而使训练达到事半功倍的效果。采用丰富实战训练内容的方式,将训练中的相关内容转化为学生成果,以此推进高校足球实战训练的顺利开展。Through the analysis of the nature of football,adjust the direction of actual football training,establish the goal of"collective honor first"football actual training,and fully implement the teaching concept based on the actual needs of students,cultivate athletes’on-the-spot reaction ability,competitive ability,etc.At the same time,formulate college football actual combat training programs that integrate teamwork awareness,and build a complete sports hall to ensure the completeness and perfection of training facilities,thereby making the training effect more effective.Adopt the method of enriching actual combat training content to transform relevant content in training into student achievements,so as to promote the smooth development of college football actual combat training.
