摘　　要：该文从龙师舞的内涵、传承的价值意义,以及高校龙师教学队伍建设的策略与优化发展的路径几个方面探索以龙为耀,以舞传神的实践。对龙狮舞的内涵进行了分析,指出龙狮舞是承载多元艺术文化的民族瑰宝,是培养民族英雄精神与品格的抓手,是助力中国走向世界的艺术精髓,并提出从体育舞蹈教师中挖掘培养、从校团社协作引进培育、从专业引领与人才培育中缔造、从高校学生中选拔培养的高校龙狮教学师资队伍建设与优化策略。The paper explores the practice of taking dragons as glory and dancing to express the spirit from the aspects of the meaning of dragon dance,the value of inheritance,and the strategy and optimization of the development of the teaching team of dragon teachers in universities.The connotation of the dragon and lion dance is analyzed,and it is pointed out that the dragon and lion dance is a national treasure carrying diverse artistic culture,a grasping hand to cultivate the spirit and character of the national hero,and the essence of art that helps China to go global.It also proposes the construction and optimization strategy of college dragon and lion teaching teachers,such as digging and training from sports dance teachers,introducing and cultivating from the cooperation of colleges and leagues,creating from professional guidance and talent cultivation,and selecting and cultivating from college students.
