学校体育设施与社区全民健身资源互补研究

摘　　要：进入新世纪,大众对健身的需求不断高涨,随之而来的是体育场馆设施的严重不足。各级各类学校都有自己的体育场馆,在业余时间对外开放可以一定程度上解决社会场馆不足的问题,为全民健身提供帮助。目前,我国学校体育设施资源的闲置与社会健身资源的紧缺形成了鲜明的对比,为了妥善缓解体育设施资源的矛盾,国家出台了相关的意见和政策促进学校体育设施与社区全民健身资源的融合与互补,切实提升学校体育设施的利用效率,推动全民健身的高效开展。该文探讨了学校体育设施与社区全民健身资源互补存在的问题,从加大政策支持力度、加大资金支持与投入、做好安全措施促进规范管理等3个方面,提出了学校体育设施与社区全民健身资源互补的有效策略。In the new century,the public’s demand for fitness is constantly rising,along with the serious shortage of sports facilities.All kinds of schools at all levels have their own stadiums,which can be opened to the public in their spare time,can solve the problem of insufficient social venues to a certain extent,and provide help for national fitness.At present,there is a sharp contrast between the idle school sports facilities resources and the shortage of social fitness resources.In order to properly alleviate the contradiction of sports facilities resources,the state has issued relevant opinions and policies to promote the integration and complementarity of school sports facilities and community fitness resources,effectively improve the utilization efficiency of school sports facilities and promote the efficient development of national fitness.The paper discusses the problems existing in the complementarity of school sports facilities and community fitness resources,and puts forward effective strategies for complementing school sports facilities and community national fitness resources from three aspects of increasing policy support,increasing financial support and investment,and doing a good job in safety measures to promote standardized management.
