钟摆模式理论对中小学球队建设的指导意义

摘　　要：团体凝聚力是衡量一支队伍是否有战斗力,集体活动是否能够达到预期目标的重要条件。该文首先阐述团体凝聚力的概念及凝聚力的钟摆模式理论,然后从系统科学的视角出发,认为中小学校球队建设是简单环境中的一般复杂系统,进而从决策子系统、控制与信息、稳态及环境等方面,具体探讨钟摆模式理论对提高中小学球队凝聚力的途径和方法。Group cohesion is an important condition to measure whether a team has combat effectiveness and whether collective activities can achieve the expected goals.Firstly,the concept of group cohesion and the pendulum model theory of cohesion are expounded.Secondly,from the perspective of system science,the construction of primary and secondary school teams is considered as a general complex system in a simple environment.Finally,the ways and methods of improving the cohesion of primary and secondary school teams are specifically discussed,from the aspects of decision-making subsystem,control and information,steady state and environment.
