次全椎板切除潜行减压内固定手术治疗腰椎管狭窄症的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析次全椎板切除潜行减压内固定手术治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法选择山西中条山集团总医院于2015年4月至2020年4月收治的100例腰椎管狭窄症患者,按照随机数表法的方式将所有患者平均分为观察组(50例,实施次全椎板切除潜行减压内固定手术治疗),对照组(50例,实施次半椎板切除减压术治疗),对比两组患者的治疗优良率、手术前后的VAS评分以及椎间隙高度。结果术前,两组患者的VAS评分以及椎间隙高度相差不大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后,观察组患者的治疗优良率要好于对照组患者,VAS评分以及椎间隙高度要低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为发生腰椎管狭窄症的患者实施次全椎板切除潜行减压内固定手术治疗后,能够有效提升患者的治疗效果,同时有效降低患者的疼痛评分以及椎间隙高度,可以更快的促进患者的疾病恢复,值得大力推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of subtotal laminectomy with latent decompression and internal fixation in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods Totally 100 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis admitted to General Hospital of Zhongtiaoshan Group from April 2015 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(50 cases,implementation of subtotal laminectomy,latent decompression and internal fixation)and control group(50 cases,decompression by subtotal hemilaminectomy was performed).The excellent and good rate of treatment and VAS evaluation and the height of intervertebral space before and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results Before surgery,VAS scores and intervertebral space height were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).After surgery,the excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group,VAS score and intervertebral space height were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with lumbar spinal stenosis,the implementation of subtotal laminectomy,latent decompression and internal fixation can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients,and effectively reduce the pain score and intervertebral space height of patients,which can promote the disease recovery of patients faster,which is worthy of promotion.
