妇产康复治疗仪联合耳穴埋籽对产妇产后尿潴留的影响

摘　　要：目的探究妇产康复治疗仪配合耳穴埋籽对产妇尿潴留的影响,为产后管理提供优质治疗策略。方法选取2019年10月至2020年7月如皋市人民医院收治的122例产妇,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各61例。其中对照组开展传统干预,而研究组则在对照组基础上予以妇产康复治疗仪配合耳穴埋籽治疗。比较两组产妇的首次排尿时间、膀胱残余尿量及产后24 h出血量。结果研究组患者首次排尿时间短于对照组,膀胱残余尿量及产后24 h出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对产妇引入妇产康复治疗仪配合耳穴埋籽治疗,能改善产后尿潴留症状,且能减少产后出血量。Objective To explore the effect of obstetrics and gynecology rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with ear acupoint buriul seed on urinary retention of parturients,and to provide high-quality treatment strategies for postpartum management.Methods A total of 122 puerpera treated in Rugao People's Hospital from October 2019 to July 2020 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group carried out traditional interventions,while the study group received obstetrics and gynecology rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with ear acupoint embedding treatment on the basis of the control group.Comparison of first urination time,bladder residual urine volume and 24 h postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups.Results The first urination time of the patients in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the residual urine volume of the bladder and the 24 h postpartum bleeding volume were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of obstetrics and gynecology rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with ear acupoint embedding therapy can improve postpartum urinary retention symptoms and reduce postpartum hemorrhage.
