加味茵陈蒿汤、抚触及穴位按摩治疗黄疸新生儿的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的观察加味茵陈蒿汤、抚触及穴位按摩联合治疗黄疸新生儿的疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2020年2月扬州友好医院收治的130例病理性黄疸新生儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各65例。对照组给予蓝光照射;观察组给予加味茵陈蒿汤口服、抚触及穴位按摩干预,连续治疗1周。比较两组的有效率、黄疸的消退时间、胆红素水平、胆红素降至正常的时间,监测血清中心肌损伤指标。结果观察组、对照组患儿的有效率分别为92.31%、75.38%,以观察组的临床疗效更好(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后黄疸的消退时间更快,胆红素水平显著降低,且胆红素降至正常时间更短(P<0.05),患儿血清中心肌损伤指标心肌酶谱肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论加味茵陈蒿汤、抚触、穴位按摩联合治疗利于促进患儿的黄疸消退,保护心肌细胞。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Modified Oriental Wormwood Decoction,touch and acupoint massage on neonatal jaundice.Methods From January 2018 to February 2020,130 cases of pathological jaundice newborns admitted to Yangzhou Friendship Hospital were divided into control group and observation group,65 cases each.The control group was irradiated with blue light,and the observation group was treated with Modified Oriental Wormwood Decoction,touch and acupoint massage for 1 week.The effective rate,jaundice regression time,bilirubin level and bilirubin reduction time were compared between the two groups,and the index of serum central muscle injury was monitored.Results The effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 92.31%and 75.38%respectively.The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better(P<0.05).In the observation group,the resolution time of jaundice was faster after treatment,the bilirubin level was significantly reduced,and the time of bilirubin to normal was shorter(P<0.05).The levels of CK-MB and LDH in serum of the children in the observation group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Oriental Wormwood Decoction,touch and acupoint massage is conducive to promoting the retreat of jaundice,reducing clinical symptoms,and protecting cardiac muscle cells.
