河北省竞技体育后备人才培养体制的创新研究

摘　　要：随着河北省体育事业的持续发展,关于竞技体育后备人才培养创新策略的研究工作引发社会各界的广泛关注。竞技体育后备人才创新培养体制更加关注于高水平竞技体育后备人才的成长成才,并使得竞技体育后备人才培养纳入系统化、可持续化发展的道路。该文基于这一背景,从河北省竞技体育后备人才培养工作现状分析入手,探讨竞技体育后备人才培养体制与当前高水平体育人才发展需求不相适应的问题,并对问题加以分析,结合河北省竞技体育事业发展的特征,对如何进一步完善竞技体育后备人才培养体制提出相应的建议,推动河北省竞技体育事业再创辉煌。With the continuous development of sports in Hebei Province,the research on innovative strategies for training reserve talents in competitive sports has aroused wide concern from all walks of life.The innovative training system of competitive sports reserve talents pays more attention to the growth and development of high-level competitive sports reserve talents,and brings the training of competitive sports reserve talents into a systematic and sustainable way of development.In this paper,based on this background,work from Hebei Province athletics sports reserve personnel training present situation analysis,athletics sports reserve personnel training system and the current high level sports talent development doesn’t fit the requirements of the problem,and analyzing problems,combined with the characteristics of the career development of competitive sports in Hebei Province,put forward the corresponding suggestion on how to further improve the competitive sport backup talent cultivation system,promote the Hebei Province competitive sports,create brilliant.
