我国普通高校推进“体教融合”的路径解析

摘　　要："体教融合"从根本上对竞技体育人才培养体系及学校体育体系进行变革,回归体育应有的地位,发挥体育在增强学生体质、提高竞技水平的双重作用。高校作为国民教育的重要阶段,在"体教融合"中也承担了重要使命,如何推进"体教融合"的发展成为高校教育及体育改革发展需要思考的重要问题。"体教融合"既是实施素质教育的重要途径,也是培养高素质竞技体育后备人才的科学道路。我国普通高校在推进"体教融合"中,一是要构建面向全体学生的立体化体育体系;二是要大力开展高校体育赛事;三是加强高校高水平运动队建设;四是大力培养体育教师和教练员队伍。"Integration of sports and education"fundamentally changes the training system of competitive sports talents and school sports system,returns to the due position of sports,and plays a dual role in strengthening students’physique and improving competitive level.As an important stage of national education,colleges and universities also undertake an important mission in the"integration of sports and education".How to promote the development of"integration of sports and education"has become an important issue to be considered in the reform and development of college education and physical education."Integration of sports and education"is not only an important way to implement quality education,but also a scientific way to cultivate high-quality competitive sports reserve talents.In the process of promoting the integration of sports and education,the first is to build a three-dimensional sports system for all students;the second is to vigorously carry out college sports events;the third is to strengthen the construction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities;the fourth is to vigorously cultivate sports teachers and coaches.
