县级公共体育服务体系构建中的问题与建议——以广西为例

摘　　要：公共体育服务体系的建设和完善对提升人民群众的幸福感、获得感具有重要意义。该文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、实地考察法等研究方法,研究广西公共体育服务体系的构建过程,分析发现:区域间公共体育服务存在较大差异,县级政府与其它层级政府职能划分不清楚,社会组织活力不够,县域公共体育服务供给渠道单一,缺乏相应的财政支持;并在此基础上提出一些建议。The construction of public sports service system is of great significance to the improvement of people’s sense of gain and happiness.Using literature material law,questionnaire,interview method,field survey and other research methods,research process of the construction of the public sports service system in guangxi,the analysis found that:there is biggish difference between regional public sports service,the government at the county level and other levels of government functions is not clear,divided into social organization vigor is not enough,the county public sports service supply channels for a single,lack of financial support.And put forward some suggestions on this basis.
