摘　　要：如今,艺术体操向着难、新、力、美的方向愈走愈烈,整体趋势向"身体难度数量少,分值高"的方向发展,器械难度更注重多样性和创新性。当今中外艺术体操运动员的技术水平尽显不同,表现各有风采,在新规则的导向下,身体难度、器械难度、舞步和多样性运用的推出实施,以及创新型动作的加分鼓励,都充分表明其对运动员竞技综合能力的要求。Nowadays,rhythmic gymnastics is becoming more and more difficult,new,powerful and beautiful.The overall trend is toward the direction of"less physical difficulty and higher score".The difficulty of equipment pays more attention to diversity and innovative application.Under the guidance of the new rules,the introduction and implementation of physical difficulty,apparatus difficulty,dance steps and diversified application,as well as the encouragement of innovative movements,all fully demonstrate their requirements for athletes’comprehensive competitive ability.
