泸州市老旧建筑消防管理工作存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：自改革开放以来,我国社会经济迅速发展,城市化进程脚步也不断加快,特别是在20世纪八.九十年代,城市人口密度和城市建筑密度增加迅速,而当今随着时间的推移,那些印证着城市发展的建筑逐渐老旧,由于修建时期相关的建筑标准、消防法律法规不完善等多方面原因使得这些老旧建筑潜在的消防安全隐患日渐突出。在泸州市社会经济快速发展的背景下,城区老旧建筑的消防安全问题时刻威胁着人民群众的生命安危和城市的经济建设发展,给城市带来负面影响。笔者从泸州市老旧建筑消防安全现状出发,认真分析研究泸州市老旧建筑存在的消防安全问题,并提出相应的解决对策,以期对城市老旧建筑消防安全防控工作有所帮助。Since reform and opening up,China’s social and economic rapid development,urbanization pace also accelerating,especially in the eighties and nineties of the 20th century,the urban population density and urban building density increases rapidly.However,with the passage of time,those buildings which ref lect the urban development are getting old gradually.Due to various reasons such as the relevant building standards and imperfect f ire protection laws and regulations during the construction period,the potential f ire safety risks of these old buildings are becoming more and more prominent.Under the background of rapid social and economic development in Luzhou city,the f ire safety of old buildings in the city is always threatening the lives and safety of the people and the economic construction and development of the city,bringing negative impact to the city.The author starts from the present situation of f ire control safety of old buildings in Luzhou city,analyzes and studies the f ire control safety problems of old buildings in Luzhou city,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,hoping to be helpful to the f ire control safety of old buildings in the city.
