摘　　要：目的探讨急诊抢救室患者滞留时间的影响因素,为加快急诊患者分流、提高急诊服务质量提供科学依据。方法回顾性分析2017年12月26日—2018年12月25日于秦皇岛市第一医院急诊抢救室收治患者的信息,通过单因素和多因素Logistic分析影响滞留时间的因素(性别、年龄、入抢救室时间段,就诊月份、节假日,初步诊断分类、转归去向等)。结果2017年12月26日-2018年12月25日急诊抢救室共收治患者1984例,滞带留时间0~722 h,滞带留时间<6 h的有454例(22.9%),滞留时间>6h有1530例(77.1%);单因素和多因素Logistic分析结果表明滞留时间>6 h的影响因素有就诊时间段、季节、疾病类型、去向,而性别、年龄、节假日不影响滞留时间。结论该院急诊抢救室患者滞留时间偏长,主要与就诊时间段,季节,疾病类型,去向相关,应当重视这些影响因素。Objective'To explore the influencing factors of the retention time of patients in the emergency rescue room,and to provide a scientific basis for accelerating the diversion of emergency patients and improving the quality of emer-gency services.Methods The data of patients admitted to the emergency room of the First Hospital of QinhuangdaoCity from 2017.12.26 to 2018.12.25 were retrospectively analyzed.The factors affecting the staying time were analyzedby single factor and multivariate logistic regression(gender,age,Enter the rescue room time period,visit month,holi-days,preliminary diagnosis classification,and where to go,ete).Results From 2017.12.26 to 2018.12.25,1984 pa-tients were treated,with a stay time of 0~722 h,a retention time of≤6 h with 454(22.9%),and a retention time of>6 hwith 1530(77.1%).The results of single factor and multivariate logistic analysis showed that the influencing factors ofstaying time>6 h were the time,season,disease type and whereabouts of the visit,while gender,age and holidays didnot affect the stay time.Conclusion The long stay time of patients in the emergency room of the hospital is related tothe time,season,disease type and whereabouts of the clinic,which should be paid attention.
