摘  要:地下水模拟优化模型是实现地下水资源可持续利用的重要工具,当前采用紧密耦合的方式构建地下水.模拟优化模型的研究较少。为此,采用Python语言开发的Modflow工具FloPy构建了一个地下水多目标管理的数值模拟模型,即基于Python语言的多目标优化框架Pymoo建立一个紧密耦合的多目标地下水模拟优化模型,并采用多目标遗传算法NSGA-Ⅲ进行求解。结果表明,使用FloPy可通过编写代码的方式快速构建、运行和修改地下水数值模拟模型,且便于与优化算法耦合;Pymoo框架下的NSGA-Ⅲ算法可快速求解多目标地下水模拟优化模型。算例表明,采用基于Python语言的FloPy和Pymoo构建的多目标地下水模拟优化模型在数据处理、模型构建、结果分析及绘图方面有突出的优势。Groundwater simulation optimization model is an important tool to solve groundwater management and a-chieve sustainable utilization of water resources.However,there is lack of study of the establishment model at present.A python version Modflows of FloPy was adopted to develop a hypothetical groundwater simulation model,which is coupled multi-object framework Pymoo with NSGA-Ⅲ solver to develop a groundwater simulation and optimization model.The results show that the FloPy can be used to bulid groundwater simulation models in a efficient code-written way,and it is flexible to couple optimization algorithm to establish simulation model.the NSGA-Ⅲ based Pymoo framework can fast solve multi-object groundwater simulation model.The case study demonstrates that the multi-object groundwater simula-tion model based FloPy and Pymoo has great flexibility in data processing,result analysis and visual display.
