不同来源鸡传染性支气管炎病毒M41株病毒特性的分析比较

摘　　要：为了比较2株不同来源的鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(M41)毒株的生物学特性、免疫原性及S1基因同源性。将TONG-IBV和MOU-IBV分别接种10日龄SPF鸡胚,观察鸡胚病变特点、计算病毒含量(EID50)、制备灭活疫苗进行免疫抗体效价检测,进行S1基因测序分析。试验结果表明:接种TONG-IBV株后鸡胚出血较严重,蜷缩程度较轻,接种MOU-IBV的鸡胚呈典型的蜷缩状;MOU-IBV组抗体效价高于TONG-IBV组抗体效价;同源性分析结果显示,MOU株S1与M41参考株S1(GenBank序列号MK937830.1)的同源性为99.7%,高于TONG株S1与M41参考株S1的同源性99.0%。以上结果显示,不同来源M41疫苗株的病毒特性出现了多样性变化。To compare the biological characteristics,immunogenicity and S1 gene homology of two strains of avian infectious bronchitis virus(M41)from different sources.The 10-day old SPF chicken embryos were inoculated with TONG-IBV and MOU-IBV,respectively,to observe the pathological features of chicken embryos,calculate the viral content(EID50),Inactivated vaccine was prepared to detect the titer of immune antibody,S1 gene sequencing was performed.The results of the test showed that after inoculation of TONG-IBV strain,the chicken embryo bleeding was more serious and the degree of curling was less,and the chicken embryos inoculated with MOU-IBV showed a typical cowling shape.Homology analysis results showed that the homology between MOU strain S1 and M41 reference strain S1(GenBank sequence number MK937830.1)was 99.7%,higher than that between TONG strain S1 and M41 reference strain S1 was 99.0%.The above results showed that the virus characteristics of different M41 vaccine strains showed diversity changes.
