低油价背景下中国海油油气勘探进展与发展思考

摘　　要：面对油价下跌的国际形势和新冠疫情影响,中国海油以落实习近平总书记大力提升国内油气勘探开发力度指示精神为引领,坚持大中型油气田发现,实施“立足关键、动态调整、适度甩开”的勘探策略,展开成熟区、挖潜油田围区、拓展新区,努力寻找可动用优质储量,在渤海湾盆地浅层及潜山、珠江口盆地古潜山及油田周边滚动等领域取得了重要勘探突破,实现了中国海洋油气勘探的高质量发展。针对中国海域油气勘探面临的挑战,提出了低油价时代中国海油油气勘探策略及攻关方向。Facing the international situation of oil price falling and the impact of COVID-19 outbreak,guided by implementing the spirit of vigorously enhancing China’s oil and gas exploration and development efforts proposed by General secretary XI Jinping,CNOOC has been adhering to the principle of discovering large and medium-sized oil and gas fields,and implements the exploration strategy of“focusing on key areas,dynamic adjustment,and moderately expansion”.By expanding mature areas,tapping potential oilfield enclosures and developing new areas,CNOOC has been making great efforts to find high-quality reserves that can be developed,with significant exploration breakthroughs having been achieved in the shallow layers and buried hills of the Bohai Bay basin,ancient buried hills in Pearl River Mouth basin,and progressive exploration around oil fields.All these have realized the high-quality development of ocean exploration.In response to the challenges faced by China’s offshore oil and gas exploration,this paper puts forward the oil and gas exploration strategy and research direction of CNOOC under the background of low oil prices.
