摘  要:目的探讨医学影像学课程中案例式教学的应用价值。方法选择临床医学专业三年级3个班学生共计145人为研究对象,将其分成3个班,分别开展传统授课教学、案例教学,以及案例教学联合传统授课教学;教学内容为临床前医学专业课程《医学影像学》。连续性变量符合正态分布使用(均数±标准差),计量资料的比较选用t检验或Mann-Whitney秩和检验,分类资料的比较采用卡方检验。结果期末考试成绩联合班与案例班和传统班比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);读片竞赛联合班与传统班成绩差异有统计学意义(P=0.035);70%以上学生认可案例教学。结论案例教学有助于提高学生对相关知识点的灵活应用,能提高其分析能力及表达沟通能力。Objective To explore the application value of clinical case-based learning in medical imaging teaching.Methods A total of 145 clinical medical students from three classes in the third year were enrolled and they were divided into three classes.One class took case-based learning,one class took traditional teaching,and one class took both.The teaching content was the preclinical medical professional course—Medical Imaging.Continuous variables were expressed in accordance with normal distribution(mean standard deviation).Differences in mean and median values were evaluated by using t test and the Mann-Whitney U test,respectively.Categorical data were compared using the chi-square test.Results There was a significant difference between the combined teaching class and the case-based learning class or the traditional teaching class in the final exam(P=0.002).There was also a significant difference between the combined teaching class and the traditional teaching class in the film reading quiz(P=0.035).More than 70%of students recognized the case-based learning.Conclusion Case-based learning is helpful to improve students'flexible application of relevant knowledge and skills of analysis and communication.
