摘 要:研究通过分析陕西省丝绸之路经济带区域经济发展现状,阐述技术创新与产业合作的理论基础和现实关联。基于2009-2018年R&D经费支出、从事科技人员数和三次产业贡献值等时间序列数据,运用灰色关联模型实证分析了技术创新与产业合作的关系,其结果表明,技术创新与产业合作呈现较高关联度,即技术创新对产业合作起显著的推动作用。然而,由于陕西省丝绸之路经济带存在R&D研发经费投入不足、聚集效应低导致产业合作水平差等问题。在理论与现实基础上,最终提出技术创新规划和丝绸之路经济带产业合作规划的建议。By analyzing the current situation of the regional economic development of the Silk Road Economic Belt in Shaanxi province,this paper expounds the theoretical basis and practical relevance of technological innovation and industrial cooperation.Based on the time series data from 2009 to 2018,such as R&D expenditure,the number of scientific and technological personnel and the contribution value of three industries,the relationship between technological innovation and industrial cooperation is empirically analyzed by using the grey relational model.The results show that there is a high correlation between technological innovation and industrial cooperation,that is,technological innovation plays a significant role in promoting industrial cooperation.However,there are some problems in the Silk Road Economic Belt of Shaanxi Province,such as insufficient investment in R&D and low agglomeration effect,resulting in poor industrial cooperation level.On the basis of theory and reality,this paper finally puts forward some suggestions on technological innovation planning and industrial cooperation planning of the Silk Road Economic Belt.
