摘  要:试验以水稻品种吉农大858为材料,选择不同用量聚谷氨酸原粉与水稻壮秧剂配比组合共5个处理,测定水稻播种后25 d秧苗农艺性状和生理指标。结果表明,底土2500 g与“稻小孩”壮秧剂12 g混合,秧苗根条数、根长均高于其他配比,株高小于其他配比,根系活力较其他处理差异达到显著水平。壮秧剂适量施用有利于培育壮秧,聚谷氨酸有促进秧苗徒长的作用,不宜加入育秧底土。Jinongda-858 was used as the material to determine the agronomic traits and physiological indexes of rice seedlings 25 days after seeding by selecting five treatments with different dosage of rice seedling-growth soil regulator and Polyglutamic acid in this study.The results showed that when 2500 g of subsoil was mixed with"Daoxiaohai"rice seedling-growth soil regulator 12 g,the number and length of seedlings were higher than those of other treatments,the plant height was lower than those of other treatments,and the root activity reach significant level compared with other treatments.Appropriate application is beneficial to the cultivation of strong seedlings,and Polyglutamic acid can promote the growth of seedlings,so it is not suitable to add in the subsoil of seedling.
