摘　　要：太原理工大学将创新创业教育作为推动学校教育教学改革的突破口,秉承"自由探索,兴趣驱动"的理念,将创新创业教育贯穿人才培养全过程,建立了"五创+"创新创业教育模式;基于该模式构建了课程育人、文化育人、实践育人、协同育人和生态育人的创新创业人才培养体系,开创了新书院制的生态育人试验田,取得了较好的成效。Taiyuan University of Technology regards innovative and entrepreneurial education as a breakthrough to promote the reform of education and teaching.Adhering to the concept of"Free exploration and interest driving",the university has carried out innovation and entrepreneurship education throughout the whole process of talent cultivation and established the"Five innovation+"innovative and entrepreneurial education model.Based on this model,the innovative and entrepreneurialtalent training system for the curriculum education,culture education,practice education,collaborative education and ecological education has been constructed,the ecological education experimental field of the new academy system has been created,and good results have been achieved.
