摘  要:该文设计了以聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol,PVA)作为基材,以水为溶剂、吐温为乳化剂,添加天然产物苦槛蓝挥发油作为抑菌成分,采用高压静电纺丝技术制备载药纳米纤维膜的综合实验,并对其进行戊二醛蒸气交联以改善纤维膜的耐水性。对纳米纤维薄膜进行纤维形貌、表面接触角、耐水性、红外光谱、力学性能和抗菌性能等表征后发现:通过静电纺丝法制备的植物源抗菌纳米纤维薄膜形貌均一,其最佳制备条件为:醇解度88%的PVA浓度为12%,苦槛蓝挥发油浓度为1%,电压20 kV,接收距离14 cm,推进速率0.5 mL/h。戊二醛蒸气交联不会改变纳米纤维膜抑菌性能,但能改善耐水性和增强力学性能。Comprehensive experimental design is carried out by using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as the substrate,water as the solvent,and tween as the emulsifier.The natural product bitter blue volatile oil is added as the bacteriostatic component,and drug-loaded nanofibers are prepared by high-pressure electrostatic spinning Membrane,which is glutaraldehyde vapor crosslinked to improve the water resistance of the fiber membrane.After characterizing the fiber morphology,surface contact angle,water resistance,infrared spectrum,mechanical properties,and antibacterial properties of the nanofiber film,it is found that the plant-derived antibacterial nanofiber film prepared by electrostatic spinning has a uniform morphology and its best preparation conditions are that PVA concentration of 88%alcoholysis degree is 12%,bitter blue volatile oil concentration is 1%,voltage is 20 kV,receiving distance is 14 cm,and propulsion rate is 0.5 mL/h.Glutaraldehyde vapor cross-linking does not change the bacteriostatic performance of the nanofiber membrane,but it can improve water resistance and enhance mechanical properties.
