摘　　要：阐述毛衫生产工艺流程,介绍电脑横机主要组成部件及作用,包括起底板装置、沉降片装置、压脚装置等牵拉机构。通过实际案例,详细介绍应用压脚技术的电脑横机无废纱起底编织技术,并运用压脚技术实现毛衫编织的无废纱起底,包括平边形无废纱起底、曲边形饰边无废纱起底、单面织物无废纱起底、立体饰边无废纱起底。指出电脑横机的无废纱起底编织技术可以降低毛衫生产成本、提高功效、节能减排,为织物设计提供创新思路。This paper describes the production process of sweater,and introduces the main components and functions of computerized flat knitting machine,including the take-away mechanism such as bottom plate lifting device,sinkers,presser,etc.According to practical cases,it introduces in detail the no waste yarn start-course knitting technology of computerized flat knitting machine by applying presser technology,and realizes the sweater knitting with no waste yarns,including flat edge,curved trim,single-sided fabric and three-dimensional trim knitting with no waste yarns.It points out that the knitting technology with no waste yarn on computerized flat knitting machine can reduce the production cost,improve the efficiency,save energy and reduce emissions,which can provide innovative ideas for fabric design.
