摘 要:针对经编机电子横移运动机件中的滚珠丝杠副在外力作用下易产生变形振动等特点,利用UG软件建立滚珠丝杠副部件装配模型,将模型简化后导入ANSYS分析软件并建立非线性接触模型,在Static Structural模块中通过划分网格、合理施加载荷与约束,计算丝杠、螺母、滚珠3个主要组成部分的应变应力情况,然后对其进行模态分析。依据前6阶固有频率分析各频率下的振型,得出一端固定、一端支承的滚珠丝杠副的固有频率1、2阶及4、5阶接近且成对出现,并且这两对振型图表现为垂直水平正交弯曲振动,模型实际工作情况与有限元计算结果相近,实际工作频率与模型固有频率无重合。该研究为经编机电子横移滚珠丝杠副的设计及优化提供了一定的参考和技术支持。Aiming at the characteristics that the ball screw pair in the electronic shogging system of warp knitting machine is easy to produce deformation vibration under the action of external force,the assembly model of ball screws is established by UG software.The model is simplified and then imported into ANSYS software,and build a nonlinear contact model.In the Static Structural module,the strain and stress of the three main parts of the screw,nut and ball are calculated by dividing the mesh and applying loads and constraints reasonably,and then the modal analysis is carried out.According to the first six natural frequencies and by analyzing the vibration mode at each frequency,it can be concluded that the natural frequency 1,2,and 4,5 steps of the ball screw pair which supported at one end of and fixed at another end are close and appear in pairs.And the two pairs of vibration patterns appear as vertical horizontal orthogonal bending vibrations.The actual working condition of the model is similar to the finite element calculation results,and the actual working frequency does not coincide with the natural frequency of the model.It provides certain references and technical supports for the design and optimization of electronic shogging system ball screw pair of warp knitting machine.
