摘　　要：阐述光边织物的主要生产方法和优缺点,以及弹力网眼织物的编织方法。然后采用7.8 tex/24 f(70 D/24 f)的半光锦纶FDY长丝和23.3 tex(210 D)的氨纶,利用抽针空垫法,在RSE4-1高速拉舍尔经编机上实现一种新型光边弹力网眼织物的生产。详细阐述编织原理以及设备参数、原料、垫纱数码、送经量、穿经方式等编织工艺,并指出生产过程中的注意事项,为弹力光边产品的设计开发提供参考。The main production methods,advantages and disadvantages of selvedged fabric and the knitting methods of elastic mesh fabric are described.Using 7.8 tex/24 f(70 D/24 f)semi gloss nylon FDY filament and 23.3 tex(210 D)spandex,a new type of selvedged elastic mesh fabric is produced on RSE4-1 high speed Raschel warp knitting machine by using needle-out blind lapping method.The knitting principle,equipment parameters,raw materials,chain notations,let-off amount and threading ways are described in detail,and the precautions in the production process are pointed out,which has a certain reference value for hem elastic mesh fabric development.
