摘 要:单向导湿织物因在提高织物热湿舒适性方面具有潜在的应用前景而受到人们的关注。文中分别利用印花法和喷淋法在棉织物单侧进行不连续的疏水整理制备了单向导湿织物,探讨了印花法的不同整理面积、不同整理图案对单向导湿性能的影响,并将印花法和喷淋法得到的织物进行对比,使用液态水分管理测试仪(MMT)对其单向导湿性能进行测试。结果表明:经疏水整理后织物的单向导湿性均提高,但疏水图案过大会影响织物的润湿时间;印制的竖条纹图案的最大润湿半径为30 mm,远大于圆形图案和横条纹图案;整理方式不同对单向导湿性能的影响并不大。One-way moisture-transfer fabrics have attracted much attention due to their great application prospects in the fields of moisture management of fabric.This paper prepared one-way moisture-transfer fabrics through forming discontinuous hydrophobic pattern on one side using the printing method and spray method.The influence of different finishing areas and different finishing patterns on the moisture management performance of the one-way moisture-transfer fabrics was discussed.Furthermore,the fabrics obtained by printing method and spray method were compared.MMT(moisture management test)was utilized to test the moisture management performance of different samples.The results show that the accumulative one-way transfer index and overall moisture management capacity of one-way moisture-transfer fabrics are improved strikingly,but the larger hydrophobic pattern affects the wetting time of the fabric.Increasingly,the maximum wetting radius of the printed vertical stripe pattern is 30 mm,which is much larger than the circular pattern and the horizontal stripe pattern.Different finishing methods have little effect on the moisture management performance.
