摘  要:采用花生油作为食用靛蓝、水和醋酸染色时分散的介质,无需加入分散剂,通过高速剪切即可制备成较稳定的染液,研究了织物含水率、染色温度、染色时间和醋酸用量对染色效果的影响,并测试了油的回用性能、染色牢度以及染色后处理之后织物含油率。结果表明,优化的染色工艺:食用靛蓝2%,织物初始带液率为50%,织物∶染料水溶液∶油=1.0∶1.0∶50.0,醋酸的用量为20.0 g/L,染色温度为60℃,染色时间为30 min。经食用靛蓝染料在较稳定染液中对蚕丝织物染色后,织物的染色质量与常规水体系染色的质量基本相当。染色后的油经过简单离心后即可用于下一次染色,对染色质量基本没有影响。Peanut oil is used as the dispersion medium of food indigo,water and acetic acid during the dyeing process.The relatively stable dyeing system is prepared by high speed shearing without adding any dispersants.The influences of water content on fabric,dyeing temperature,dyeing time and amount of acetic acid on dyeing quality are studied.The reusability quality of oil as dyeing medium,dyeing fastness and oil removal efficiency are also tested.The test results show that the optimum dyeing process is:food indigo 2%,wet pickup 50%,liquor ratio(fabric∶water∶oil)1.0∶1.0∶50.0,acetic acid 20.0 g/L,dyeing at 60℃for 30 minutes.Compared to traditional water dyeing medium,the similar dyeing quality of silk fabric can be achieved by relatively stable dyeing system.The spent dyeing oil can be reused for next dyeing cycle by simple centrifugation and dyeing qualities have no remarkable decrease.
