摘 要:采用机械合金化+热压制备了不同Nd2O3摩尔分数的NbCr2/Nb两相合金,研究了Nd2O3含量对合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明,Nd2O3的添加对合金的物相影响不明显;适量Nd2O3可有效改善合金的室温塑性、韧性,并提高其室温压缩强度,但当Nd2O3含量超过0.125%时,合金的室温性能下降,Nd2O3含量为0.125%的合金室温压缩强度和塑性分别为3 193 MPa和13.0%,相较于未添加Nd2O3的NbCr22.5合金提高了15.9%和137.2%。NbCr2/Nb dual-phase alloys with composition of NbCr22.5-xNd2O3 with different Nd2O3 contents were prepared by mechanical alloying and hot pressing.The effects of Nd2O3 on microstructures and properties of NbCr22.5 alloy were investigated.The results show that the effects of Nd2O3 on phase components of NbCr22.5alloy can be neglected.The strength,plasticity and toughness of NbCr22.5 alloy are improved obviously by adding proper amount of Nd2O3.Compared to the NbCr22.5 alloy,the room-temperature compressive strength and plastic strain of NbCr22.5(Nd2O3)0.125alloy reach up to 3 193MPa and 13%,which is increased by 15.7% and 137.2%,respectively.
