摘  要:采用氟盐法按w(Ti)∶w(C)=15∶1比例,加入1%的Ce制备了Al-4.5Ti-0.3C-1Ce中间合金,应用OM、SEM、EDAX及EPMA等手段分析了中间合金的成分、组织及细化特性。结果表明,由于Ce的加入,改善了TiAl3、TiC的形态和分布,细化了TiC粒子,使生成的TiC与TiAl3相分布均匀,稀土Ce和TiAl3反应生成Ti2Al20Ce相,主要富集在白色块状的TiAl3相上;Al-4.5Ti-0.3C-1Ce合金细化剂对纯铝的细化效果显著,当Ti添加量为0.015%时,纯铝的晶粒尺寸达70μm,细化效果最优。Al-Ti-C-Ce master alloy was prepared by villiaumite based on ratio of w(Ti)∶w(C)=15∶1.The microstructure and grain-refining performance of Al-Ti-C-Ce mater alloy were investigated using optical microscopy(OM),SEM,and the chemical composition of the selected areas were tested by EDAX and EPMA.The results indicate that the shape and distribution of TiAl3 and TiC are improved,and the TiC particles are refined,leading to the homogeneous distribution of TiAl3 and TiC phases.TiAl3 can react with rare-earth Ce to form Ti2Al20Ce compound,concentrating on the block white TiAl3 phase.The refinement effect of Al-4.5Ti-0.3C-1Ce refiner on the pure Al is remarkable,which is optimal after adding 0.015%Ti,where the grain size reaches 70μm.
