摘 要:差压式流量测量是电厂流量测量的重要方式,通过流量孔板与差压变送器配合使用,可直接产生4mA DC~20mA DC的标准电流信号送控制系统。一直以来,差压式流量计以其简单、可靠的特性广泛应用于各个系统的管线流量测量,本文结合秦二厂现场设备改造过程,深入分析了差压式流量计在对含气泡液体流量测量过程中产生波动的具体原因,并提出具有针对性的改进措施,有效提升了差压式流量测量的稳定性。Differential pressure flow measurement is an important method of power plant flow measurement.The standard current signal transmission control system of 4-20mA DC can be directly generated by using the flow orifice in conjunction with the differential pressure transmitter.Differential flowmeters have always been widely used in pipeline flow measurement of various systems with their simple and reliable characteristics.Combined with the on-site equipment transformation process of Qinshan second nuclear power plant,the specific reasons for the fluctuation of differential flowmeters in the process of liquid flow measurement containing bubbles are deeply analyzed,and targeted improvement measures are proposed to effectively improve the stability of differential flow measurement.
