摘  要:与传统物理方法相比,加氢工艺生产的基础油产品具有硫、氮杂质含量低,产品稳定性高的优点,这与所使用的催化剂性能密切相关。在异构脱蜡、加氢深度饱和芳烃等提升基础油产品质量的过程中,贵金属催化剂的活性更高,同时,在这之前也需要采用普通金属催化剂脱除金属、硫、氮等元素,以避免贵金属催化剂中毒。主要介绍了环烷基馏分油加氢装置中,加氢精制催化剂和降凝催化剂到达运行周期,再生后的应用情况。催化剂再生后,含碳、含硫等主要指标降低,达到使用要求。再次开工,两段催化剂分别经过硫化和热氢还原后,二段后精制反应器进料的硫、氮含量降低,产品质量显著提升。Compared with traditional physical methods,base oils produced by hydrogenation units had lower impurity content of sulfur and nitrogen,and higher product stability,which was closely to the used catalysts.Noble metal catalysts were more active in the process of isodewaxing and aromatics saturation which improved quality of base oil products.At the same time,it was necessary to reduce metals,sulfur,and nitrogen by using base metal catalysts before that,in order to avoid noble metal catalysts poisoning.This paper mainly introduced the application of regenerated hydrotreating and dewaxing catalysts in cycle of operation in cycloalkyl distillate oil hydrogenation equipments.The main index of containing carbon and sulphur declined,which met the requirements after catalyst regeneration,restarted it,two-stage catalyst after sulfuration and thermal hydrogen reduction,the input sulphur and nitrogen of reactor declined after two stage,and the quality of products was observably improved.
