摘 要:激光切割设备的吸尘罩设计的合理性和有效性直接影响激光切割过程的除尘效果。针对激光精密切割过程的除尘难题,研究激光精密切割吸尘罩的固气二相流仿真及除尘效果。首先基于计算流体动力学原理,采用有限体积法,模拟激光精密切割粉尘颗粒的流向,研究粉尘颗粒在腔体中流动平顺和紊乱的分布与趋势。应用Fluent软件对气-固两相流进行分析。研究表明,吸尘罩内流场分布比较复杂,在进出口区域处存在二次流及回流现象,在出口处与腔体之间存在涡流及回流区域,但并不影响吸尘罩的整体除尘能力,可以明显看到其除尘效果。The rationality and effectiveness of the design of the vacuum hood of laser cutting equipment directly affected the dust removal effect of laser cutting process.In order to solve the dust removal problem in laser precision cutting process,the effects of solid-gas two-phase flow and dust removal effect of laser precision cutting dust hood were studied.First,based on the principle of computational fluid dynamics,finite volume method was adopted to simulate the flow direction of dust particles accurately cut by laser,and the distribution and trend of smooth and disordered flow of dust particles in the cavity were studied.Then,the gas-solid two-phase flow was analyzed by Fluent software.The study showed that the flow field distribution in the dust hood was relatively complex,with secondary flow and back flow in the inlet and outlet area,and eddy current and back flow area between the outlet and the cavity.However,the overall dust removal ability of the dust hood was not affected,and the dust removal effect could be clearly seen.
