摘 要:为进一步开发适用于钙循环捕集CO2过程的双流化床反应器,采用实验测试和数值模拟方法对新搭建串行流化床的气固流动特性进行研究。首先通过冷态实验对床层压降以及颗粒循环速率等气固流动特性进行测量,然后,使用Fluent软件对床内的气固流动过程进行CFD数值模拟。研究结果表明:煅烧反应器入口风速、上下流动密封阀入口风速、床料量、床料粒径等对串行流化床反应器的气固流动特性均具有较大影响,而碳酸化反应器入口风速的影响则较小;CFD模拟结果与实验结果相吻合,说明采用的CFD方法可以精确模拟串行流化床的气固流动特性。In order to develop the dual fluidized-bed reactors which are used for calcium looping for CO2 capture,experimental test and numerical simulation were proposed to study the gas-solid flow characteristics in new interconnected fluidized beds.First,pressure drop and material circulation rate were tested by cold experiment.Based on this,CFD simulation was conducted by using Fluent software to calculate the fluid dynamics in interconnected fluidized beds.The results show that the gas-solid flow characteristics are greatly affected by the inlet velocities of the calcinator,the upper and lower loop seal,as well as the mass and size of bed materials.In contrast,the influence of inlet velocity of the carbonator is relatively small.Additionally,CFD simulation results are consistent with experimental results,indicating that it can accurately simulate the gas-solid flow characteristics in interconnected fluidized beds.
