摘 要:从态势感知技术的角度出发,分析视听新媒体舆情监测监管平台需求和一般舆情监测监管系统的构成,构建了由舆情数据采集层、舆情态势觉察层、舆情态势理解层、舆情态势预测层及舆情态势展示层组成的基于态势感知技术的网络视听新媒体舆情监测监管平台架构模型,并讨论了模型中各层次需要实现的功能和技术基础。This article analyzes the requirements of the audio-visual new media public opinion monitoring and supervision platform and the composition of the general public opinion monitoring and supervision system from the perspective of situational awareness technology,and constructs a public opinion data collection layer,a public opinion situation awareness layer,a public opinion situation understanding layer,a public opinion situation prediction layer.The architecture model of the audio-visual new media public opinion monitoring and supervision platform based on the situational awareness technology composed of the public opinion situation display layer,and discussed the functions and technical foundations needed to realize the various levels in the model.
