摘  要:随着电力市场的不断拓展,将出现拥有分布式电源的主动用户,在主动配电网中高渗透率地接入可再生能源成为主要的市场模式之一。在市场机制的作用下,主动用户进行可再生能源最优配置时,不仅要考虑利润的问题,还需要充分考虑主动配电网的消纳能力。基于联合时序场景对主动配电网中分布式电源的准入容量进行研究。首先,针对分布式电源及负荷的不确定性问题建立了联合时序场景,并对已有的聚类算法进行了改进,高效地实现了联合时序场景削减;其次,在主动配电网中充分考虑网络潮流优化及电压控制对分布式电源的消纳影响,基于联合时序场景,建立了计及有功控制、无功补偿、变压器有载调压三种主动管理策略下的分布式电源准入容量模型;最后,通过IEEE33节点配电网对上述模型进行算例分析,验证了所提方法及模型的正确性及有效性。With the continuous expansion of the power market,there will be growing active users with distributed generation.Highpermeability access to renewable energy in the active distribution network will become one of the main market models.Under the influence of the market mechanism,the active users have to take into consideration not only profit but also the accommodation of the active distribution network to achieve the optimal allocation of renewable energy.The access capacity of distributed generation in the active distribution network based on the joint timing scenario was studied.Firstly,a joint timing scenario for the uncertainty of distributed generation and load was established,the existing clustering algorithm was improved,and the joint timing scene reduction was efficiently realized.Secondly,the influence of network power flow optimization and voltage control on the consumption capacity of the active distributed network was fully considered.Based on the joint timing scenario,access capacity model of distributed generation was established,which taking into account three active management strategies such as active control,reactive power compensation and transformer on-load voltage regulation.Finally,a case analysis was made on the model by IEEE 33 nodes distribution network,which verified the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method and model.
