摘  要:针对经典的免缩放坐标旋转数字计算算法存在的迭代次数过多和适用角度范围较小的缺点,提出了一种基于查找表方法的改进算法。该改进算法在扩展了适用角度范围的基础上,对折叠后的区域进行了进一步细分,以查找表代替了原算法中的冗余迭代过程。最后在MATLAB平台和现场可编程门阵列(field programmable gate array,FPGA)器件上对该改进算法进行了仿真和实现。结果表明,改进算法在提高计算精度的同时,其平均迭代次数相比以往改进算法也有了不同程度的减少,且其硬件实现结构简单,具备一定的工程应用价值。As the conventional virtually scaling-free(VSF)algorithm for coordinate rotation digital computer(CORDIC)has some drawbacks such as redundant iterations and tiny region of convergence,an improved algorithm was proposed based on the look-up table method.By additional division of the folded region,the improved algorithm could not only expand the range of computable angles,but also replace the redundant tiny-angle rotation operations with a brief look-up tables.Moreover,the proposed algorithm was simulated and implemented on MATLAB platform in field programmable gate array(FPGA)device.The results show that the proposed algorithm reduces the average number of iterations compared with available algorithms,improves the calculation accuracy,and the hardware resources consumption is reduced to some extents and has certain engineering application value.
