摘　　要：猪脑心肌炎病毒病是一种传播范围较为广泛的病毒性传染性疾病,引发该种疾病的致病原为脑心肌炎病毒,典型的临床特征是脑组织发炎和心肌发炎。猪感染该种病毒后,母猪表现为严重的繁殖障碍,仔猪突发急性心肌炎而死,严重损害养殖户经济损失。猪脑心肌炎病毒病除危害猪外,还可危害某些哺乳类动物,人也是该种病毒性疾病的主要传播群体。近年随生猪养殖规模不断扩大,猪脑心肌炎病毒病的发病率呈现逐年升高趋势。该文主要论述猪脑心肌炎病毒病的诊断和防治措施。Porcine encephalomyocarditis virus(EEMV) is a widespread viral infectious disease that is caused by encephalomyocarditis virus and is characterized by inflammation of brain tissue and myocardium.Pigs infected with the virus showed severe reproductive disorder and died of acute myocarditis,which seriously damaged the economic loss of the farmers.In addition to pigs,the disease can also affect certain mammals,and humans are the main viral disease of the disease.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of pig breeding scale,the incidence of porcine encephalomyocarditis virus disease showed an upward trend year by year.This paper mainly discusses the diagnosis and control of porcine encephalomyocarditis virus.
