摘　　要：JJG 768-2005《发射光谱仪检定规程》给出了检出限和重复性的计量性能,并列出计算公式。为了减少工作量,提高工作效率,编制了一个EXCEL表格用来计算检定和校准时的检出限和重复性等数据。JJG 768-2005 verification regulation of emission spectrometer gives the measurement performance of detection limit and repeatability,and lists the calculation formula.In order to reduce the workload and improve the work efficiency,an excel table is compiled to calculate the detection limit and repeatability data in verification and calibration.
