摘　　要：东亚各国海洋文化的生成与演变得益于"东亚地中海"这一地理空间结构,在这一相对封闭、稳定的海域内,政治、经济、文化交流互动频繁,并因此而形成了"环中国海文化共同体",这一"文化共同体"体现了东亚地区各国文化的历史基因、积淀和基调。当前东亚各国学者对海洋文化的内涵与特点在理解与研究上存在一些差异,这既源于历史上各国对海洋的利用、认知不同,也与近代以来东亚各国面对冲击所导致的文化转向密切相关。为推动东亚海洋文化的共同合作与繁荣,需要从整体上把握东亚海洋文化的生成、演变、内涵与特点,挖掘历史智慧,求同存异,共同推动东亚海洋文化的融合,海洋事业的合作,对构建积极的"人海和谐"关系,进而形成"和平、和谐、生态"的海洋世界有着重要的意义。The formation and evolution of East Asian maritime cultures were closely linked to the"East Asian Mediterranean"geospatialstructure.Countries in East Asia enjoyed active political,economic and cultural interaction within a relatively safe and stable sea area,and they formed a"cultural community around the China Seas".This cultural community fostered the historical heritages and characteristics of East Asia.At present,scholars have different understanding and approaches with regards to the meaning and characteristics of marine culture.This is due to differences in the historical use and perception of the ocean in different countries,as well as the impacts of modern cultural transformation.To promote mutual cooperation and common prosperity among East Asian marine cultures,it is necessary to have an overall knowledge of the formation,changes,constitutionand characteristics of East Asian maritime cultures,as well as to learn from history for understanding commonality and diversity.This is necessary for promoting the integration of East Asian maritime cultures and enhancing maritime cooperation.It is of great significance for achieving"harmony between humans and the sea"as well as building a"peaceful,harmonious,ecological"maritime world.
