摘  要:为了研究对转桨梢涡的演化规律,通过数值模拟方法对对转桨梢涡进行研究,分析不同湍流模型(雷诺平均数值模拟(RANS)、分离涡模拟(LES)、大涡模拟(DES))对对转桨梢涡数值模拟的影响。采用重叠网格实现对转桨反向旋转的运动指定,并针对不同的湍流模型完成相应的边界层网格处理。分别采用上述3种模型对对转桨的敞水水动力性能进行预报。在完成对转桨敞水水动力特性计算的湍流模型验证后,对转桨梢涡进行数值模拟。通过对比,上述湍流模型的计算结果和实验数据吻合良好,RANS模型的计算误差最小。结果表明:在相同的网格精度和时间精度下,RANS和DES湍流模型对流场的复杂涡结构的计算结果较差,对对转桨梢涡细节计算精度均较低。采用LES模型的计算结果更完整的显示了对转桨梢涡结构,能够满足对转桨梢涡及尾流场非定常流动的精细研究和分析的要求。To study the evolution of the tip vortex of contra-rotating propellers(CRPs),this study investigated the applicability of Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS),detached eddy simulation(DES),and large-eddy simulation(LES)models in the numerical simulation of the tip vortex of CRP.Overlapping grids were used to specify the reverse rotation of the propeller,and corresponding boundary layer grids were processed for different turbulence models.The open-water hydrodynamic performance was simulated using RANS,DES,and LES methods separately.The calculation results agreed well with the experimental data,and the calculation result of RANS was more accurate.After the turbulent model for calculating the hydrodynamic characteristics of the rotor in open water was verified,the tip vortex of the rotor was numerically simulated.The results show that under the same mesh size and time step,the calculation of the complex vortex flow was worse when the RANS and DES methods were used,and many details of the tip vortex were lost or could not be recognized.The tip vortex of CRP was calculated using the LES method,and it met the requirement of the research and analysis of the unsteady flow of the CRP tip vortex and the tail flow.At present,there are few studies on the tip vortex of CRP.
