摘 要:为了探究等离子催化重整燃料较纯甲烷燃料在环管燃烧室燃烧过程中的优势,本文完成了重整燃料组分的实验测量与环管燃烧室单头部燃烧的数值模拟工作。采用湍流模型Realizable k-ε对环管燃烧室的冷/热态场特性的影响。结果表明:当甲烷空速大于394 mL/(gcat·h)时,燃料热值增加率为正值;对于环管燃烧室,由于重整气燃料中水蒸气含量的增加,导致重整气燃料燃烧时高温区温度低于纯甲烷燃料的高温区温度;同时,相对于采用纯甲烷燃料燃烧,重整气燃料燃烧时的NO_(x)排放量降低了1个数量级。所做研究表明等离子催化协同重整气燃料在环管燃烧室降低NO_(x)排放方面有着更大的潜力。To analyze the advantage of plasma catalytic reforming fuel over pure methane fuel in the combustion process of the can annular combustor, we conducted experimental research on reformed gas fuel components and numerical simulation of single-head combustion in a can annularcombustor. The realizable k-ε turbulence model coupled is employed to simulate the influence of reformed methane gas components on the cold/hot field characteristics of the can annular combustor. The results show that when the methane space velocity is greater than 394 mL/(gcat·h), the increase rate of the fuel heating value is positive. For the can annular combustor, the reformed gas fuel increases because of the increase in water vapor content so that the temperature in the high-temperature zone during combustion is lower than that in the high-temperature zone of pure methane fuel. Compared with the combustion of pure methane fuel, NO_(x) emissions during the combustion of reformed gas fuel are reduced by an order of magnitude. Studies have shown that the plasma catalytic reforming fuel has greater potential in reducing NO_(x) emissions in the can annular combustor.
