摘 要:针对锅炉紧急停炉工况下供汽能力问题,本文建立了锅炉汽包的物理模型。借助锅炉汽包和闪蒸计算数学模型,结合紧急停炉工况特点,开发了锅炉紧急停炉瞬态闪蒸特性热力计算程序。并计算了不同初始水位、水温、压强工况下锅炉汽包闪蒸后的最终水位。研究发现:随着初始水位的降低,最大供汽时间缩短,压强越高,最终水温越高;存在最终水位随初始水位降低而不再变化的临界水位;相同压强条件下,初始水位越高闪蒸效率越大,持续供汽时间越长;当初始水位高于临界水位,闪蒸后汽包最终压强可达到末端设备所需压强,低于临界水位,最终压强随初始水位的降低而升高。本文计算结果可为锅炉紧急停炉工况的设备稳定运行提供理论依据。To study the steam supply capacity under emergency shutdown conditions,a physical model of a certain type of boiler drum is established.Through a mathematical model of boiler drum and flash steam calculation,combined with the working conditions of emergency shutdown,a thermodynamic calculation program for transient flash characteristics of boiler emergency shutdown is developed.The final water levels of the boiler drum after flash evaporation under different initial water levels,water temperatures,and pressure conditions were calculated.The study shows that with the decrease in the initial water level,the maximum steam supply time duration was shortened.The higher the pressure,the higher the final water temperature.Above a critical water level,the final water level did not change with the decrease in the initial water level.Under the same pressure condition,the higher the initial water level,the greater the flash evaporation efficiency was,and the longer the steam supply time would be continued.When the initial water level was higher than the critical water level,the final pressure of the drum after flash evaporation could reach the pressure required by the terminal equipment,which was lower than the critical water level,and the final pressure increased with the decrease in the initial water level.The calculation results in this paper can provide a theoretical basis for the stable operation of the equipment under emergency shutdown.
