摘 要:针对电液伺服阀中力矩马达磁路中存在的漏磁现象,本文解决了已有的磁路模型存在建模精度不高的问题。本文考虑控制线圈处的漏磁和工作气隙处的漏磁,理论推导了考虑磁路漏磁的力矩马达工作气隙磁通表达式和输出力矩模型。采用数值模拟方法分析了输入电流与力矩马达输出特性的关系。结果表明:本文建立的磁路模型具有更高的准确度,验证了本文所建模型的正确性和有效性。Magnetic circuit modeling of the torque motor in the electrohydraulic servo valve is inaccurate because the magnetic flux leakage effect of the torque motor on the magnetic circuit is not considered.In this study,the magnetic flux leakage at the control coil and working air gap are introduced to the modeling process of the torque motor in the electrohydraulic servo valve,and the mathematical expressions of the air gap flux and output torque of the torque motor are derived theoretically.The relationship between input and output characteristics of the torque motor is analyzed by the numerical simulation method.Finally,the calculation results of the theoretical model proposed in this study are close to the experimental results,which prove the correctness of the model and effectiveness of the improvement.
